How It Works

Upload your logo or inspiration when placing your order. This can be:

• Your business or team logo
• A design you've already created
• A photo or screenshot of a hat you love
• An inspiration image showing the style you're looking for
• Text, wording, or an idea you'd like us to turn into a design

Don't have a finished design? That's okay! Send us your inspiration and we'll work with you to create something that fits your vision.

Design Approval

A digital proof will be provided for approval before your custom hat is produced. Production will not begin until the design has been approved.

Please keep in mind that some highly detailed artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted depending on the decoration method, hat style, and size of the design.

Uploading Your Artwork

For the best results, upload the highest-quality version of your logo or artwork available. PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or other high-resolution files are preferred.

Use the Notes section to give a brief description if needed and/or to ask about specific adjustments

Only have a screenshot or low-resolution image? Upload what you have! We'll review it and let you know if a better-quality file is needed.

Please Note

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product. Placement and sizing may also vary slightly depending on the hat style.

Because custom hats are made specifically for you, customized items are final sale once the design has been approved and production has begun.
